About
Caitlyn is a former Australian Diamond and triple premiership player with the Melbourne Vixens and Queensland Firebirds in Australia’s national netball league competition. Caitlyn retired from elite sport in 2020 and has since forged a career as a coach, mentoring and developing future athletes throughout Australia.

Caitlyn's coaching philosophy empowers athletes in a safe and positive environment, supporting athletes to grow and learn. This environment, encourages athletes to be confident contributors, self-reliant learners and critical thinkers on the netball court.

An ACL injury, along with the restructure of Australia's national netball league competition, lead to a delay in selection for Caitlyn at the elite level.

Through resilience, perseverance, and hard work, Caitlyn achieved her goal of representing Australia. In doing so, she became the second oldest athlete in Australian Diamonds history to make her debut.
COUNTRY KID...
Caitlyn is a proud country Victorian prodigy, growing up in the Murray River community of Echuca. Caitlyn progressed through the Netball Victoria pathway via the Northern Zone Academy, underage Victorian State Teams, Australian Netball Championship, Super Netball League and the Australian Diamonds.

Coach Caitlyn offers various programs to support young athletes no matter what stage the athlete is on in their netball journey.​

Coach Caitlyn has individually designed and crafted programs that are fun, challenging and personalised to developing athletes.
